Aloha and welcome to Ina Soul’s Heartworks Lomi Lomi practitioner level 1 course.
Thank you for taking an interest in this course to learn Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage, the Ancient Hawaiian healing Art for body, mind, and spirit. This course is held at Ina Soul, a beautiful and nurturing environment nestled in the heart of the rainforest of Paradise, Apollo Bay, Victoria. Surrounded by nature, it is a tranquil and supportive space where learning is easy and enjoyable.
Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a full-body holistic massage that brings balance and connection to body, mind, and spirit. It is deeply relaxing, nurturing, and powerful in its essence. It relieves muscle tension and cleanses the lymphatic system and energy lines of the body bringing a sense of renewal and fresh vitality. It soothes the body - mind, opens the heart, and is felt as a spiritual healing that potentially opens us up more to life and love.
These 4 days include ~
*Learning how to confidently give and receive a full body 90-minute Hawaiian heartworks lomi lomi massage.
At the completion, you will receive an Accredited Heartworks Lomi Lomi practitioner Level 1 certificate. This is a ‘Mette’s Institute’ approved course and enables you to be a Heartworks Lomi Lomi practitioner to use professionally or confidently with friends and family. This certificate is also accredited by the ‘International Institute for Complimentary Therapies’ giving students access to very affordable professional insurance.
Many people choose to do this course to learn a new skill and for their personal growth, without needing to be a practitioner.
*being nourished by gentle exercise, qigong, yoga, meditation, and nature experiences and nutritious vegetarian meals whilst on the course are provided.
*Practises to help you recharge, re-energize, and to connect more deeply to yourself, others, and the world we live in, in a more loving, peaceful, and harmonious way.
*An introduction to the Hawaiian 7 Principles (Philosophies) of Huna and how to integrate them into your life.
This is a beautiful weekend of learning new skills of
massage, meditation, self-care, and fun connections.
The course is a live-out meaning you will need to organise your own local accommodation in Apollo Bay. It will run over four full days and no massage experience is necessary.
